Infosys Brandstore offers you a 7 Day Replacement Guarantee. All products sold at Infosys are covered under our 7 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.
In order to get a defective item replaced,
• Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
• The defective product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
• The cost of sending the defective product to the BrandStore office must be borne by the buyer.
Note: If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact our Customer Support on 8867257359, and we will have the issue resolved quickly.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee, viz:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
• Any product without a valid, readable, unhampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Infosys Brandstore offers for cancellation policy. All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging
How do I cancel the order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
